Who we are
This website is operated by Lac de Lumière, a private carp fishing venue in France's Loire Valley, in partnership with Fleming Digital who provide our website management.

What we collect
We only collect personal information you give us voluntarily — through our booking and contact forms. That includes your name, email, phone number, and any details you share about your booking.
We do not collect payment information through this website. Deposits and balances are handled separately, off-site.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Administer and confirm your booking
- Send practical information about your stay (arrival details, directions, lake rules)
We do not send marketing emails. We do not share your information with third parties except where required to operate the booking (e.g. our payment processor).
How we store it
Booking enquiries and contact messages are received via Tally and stored in our secure email inbox. Emails are retained only for as long as needed to manage your booking and stay.
If you'd like us to delete your data, email us and we will remove your records.
Cookies
This website uses minimal cookies. We do not run analytics or advertising tracking on this site.
Third-party embeds (Google Maps, Tally forms) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Please review the privacy policies of those services if that's relevant to you.
